摘　　要：学习动力对学生学习活动起着积极的推动作用,提高大学生的学习积极性、主动性已成为各高校教学工作的重点工作。通过发放调查问卷和访谈形式调查北华航天工业学院学生的学习动力现状,剖析影响大学生学习动力的主要因素,在此基础上,提出增强大学生学习动力的对策与建议。Learning motivation plays a positive role in promoting students＇ learning activities. Improving college students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative has become the focus of teaching work in universities. Based on questionnaires and interviews, this paper investigates learning motivation status of students in North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering and analyzes the main factors influencing college students＇ learning motivation. It also suggests measures and solutions to enhance the college students＇ learning motivation.
