摘　　要：The origin, classification, utilization and evaluation of germplasm resources, and breeding methods were introduced. The researches of biotic or/and abiotic stress, exploration of genomics and proteomics in common bean in recent years were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide theoretical reference for utilization and innovation of germplasm resources in common bean.对普通菜豆的起源、分类、种质资源利用与评价、育种方法等方面进行了综述。并特别关注了近年来国内外对普通菜豆生物和非生物胁迫的研究,以及在基因组学和蛋白质组学方面的探索,以期为普通菜豆种质资源创新创制提供参考依据。
