摘  要:通过MOLDFLOW软件模拟分析注射成型和注射压缩成型塑料单透镜的折射率、翘曲变形、体积收缩率以及填充成型过程.结合两种成型方式的技术特点,对注射成型和注射压缩成型单透镜的光学性能进行了比较和分析.结果表明,与注射成型技术相比,注射压缩成型单透镜的折射指数变化降低了40%,翘曲变形减小了46.09%,体积收缩率下降了25.91%,说明注射压缩成型在折射指数、翘曲变形和体积收缩方面均有明显优势.MOLDFLOW software is used to simulate and analyze the refractive index, warping deformation, volume shrinkage and the filling process of the plastic single lens for injection molding and injection compression. In view of the technical features of the two kinds of molding, optical properties of injection molding and injection compression molding single lens are analyzed and compared. The simulation results show that, by adopting the injection compression molding in stead of the injection molding, the refractive index of the single lens is reduced by 40%, the warping deformation is reduced by 46.09%, and the volume shrinkage rate decreases by 25.91%. The results indicate that the injection compression molding have obvious advantages on refractive indexes, warping deformation and shrinkage rate. This paper can provide a theoretical basis for the practical production of plastic lenses..
