摘　　要：中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)是继老年性黄斑病变、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜分支静脉阻塞之后的第4大非手术治疗的视网膜病,好发于中青年男性,具有自限性,但该病有复发倾向,病程长或多次复发可导致永久性视力障碍。故寻求安全有效的治疗方法一直是CSC研究的热点。光动力疗法是一种治疗CSC较新的方法,本文就光动力疗法治疗CSC的应用发展、治疗机制、治疗方法及参数、临床疗效、并发症、禁忌证等作一综述。Central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC） ,the fourth non-operative treat- ment of retinal disease after the age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and branch retinal vein occlusion, is a self-limited disease occurring in young men. However, in the disease, the tendency of long duration and recurrence can lead to per- manent visual impairment. Therefore, to seek a safe and effective therapy has been the focus of research. Photodynamic therapy is a new treatment for CSC. This article re- views the development of treatment mechanism, treatment methods and parameters, clinical efficacy, complications and contralndications of photodynamic therapy.
