摘　　要：为了深入了解居民就医需求,改善医疗机构服务质量,调查山东省城乡居民就医行为,在此基础上分析多种因素对居民就医过程产生的影响。采用描述分析法对居民基本情况及就医行为进行分析;设立初始路径模型,采用加权最小二乘法估计参数,参照多种指标综合评价拟合模型。研究发现,不同类型居民就医行为存在差异;就医行为受年龄、收入、受教育程度和健康状况等多种因素的影响。建议关注低收入群体就医需要,增强社区卫生服务能力,提高诊疗效率;提升医院医护水平,改善医疗服务态度;实行定制化医疗服务,完善居民健康管理体系。In order to understand consumer demand, improve the service quality of medical institutions, the investigation on medical-seeking behaviors of urban and rural residents in three cities of Shandong province was done. In the study, the impacts of various factors on the process of medical treatment were analyzed. Descriptive analysis method was used to analyze basic situations and medical-seeking behaviors of residents, the initial path analysis model was set up and the parameters were estimated through WLSMV method, comprehensive evaluation of model was done according to multiple indexes. The result showed that different types of residents had differences in medical-seeking behavior, which were affected by different levels of age, income, education and health status. Therefore, the government should pay attention to low-income groups＇ medical treatment. And the management of medical institutions should focus on enhancing the ability of community health services and efficiency of diagnosis and treatment. Hospitals should improve the level of care and their service attitudes. Community health institutions should implement customized medical services and improve their health management systems.
