摘 要:用CdS包覆PbS,起到对PbS外层保护和缓冲作用,以降低电解质对PbS的腐蚀,再制备成CdS/PbS/TiO_2纳米管复合薄膜光电极,用其组装成光伏电池,测定其光电转换效率,结果表明:CdS/PbS/TiO_2纳米管复合薄膜光电极的光电转换效率为3.95%,分别是单一量子点敏化PbS/TiO_2、CdS/TiO_2纳米管光电极光电转换效率的3.1倍和2.4倍.说明CdS和PbS带隙的有效匹配更有利于光电子的注入和空穴的再生,并减少了电子-空穴的复合,起到了PbS/CdS的共敏化作用,极大地提高了CdS/PbS/TiO_2纳米管复合电极的光电转换效率.We use the CdS coated to protected and cushioned PbS. Then assemble such compounded film into the PV cell and determine their photoelectric conversion efficiency. Our experiment result shows that the CdS/PbS/ TiO2 nanotubes photoelectric conversion efficiency of 3.95%, are single quantum dots sensitized PbS/TiO2, CdS/ TiO2 nanotubes photoelectric aurora electricity conversion efficiency of 3.1 times and 2.4 times. CdS effective matching PbS band gap more conducive to optoelectronic injection and cavitation of regeneration, and effectively inhibit the compounding of PV electrons and holes, The PbS/CdS sensitization effect, play a PbS/CdS sensitization effect, greatly enhancing the conversion efficiency.
