摘 要:法律文书学作为一门以理论为指导、以实践为主体的操作性课程,其规范性与质量逐渐被法学教育所重视,但它存在的诸如不重视法律理念教育、不突出法律思维培养、不强化制作技能训练等问题在一定程度上制约了我国法律文书学教学更快、更好的发展。因此,改革传统法律文书学教学模式以适应司法改革、法律职业改革的需要显得十分必要,确立制作技能、法律思维、法律理念作为法律文书学教学的三大支柱是改革的重要路径。As an operational course, the legal instrument teaching is guided by thesis, and occupied the main position by practice. The normativity and quality are gradually being valued by legal education. But, do not attach importance to legal ideas teaching, not give prominence to legal thoughts training, not strengthen production skills training, which are the many problems of its existence. To a certain degree, these problems restrict the faster and better development of legal instrument teaching in China. Therefore, the reform of traditional pattern in legal instruments teaching in order to meet the needs of judicial and legal profession reform is very necessary. An important way to the reform of legal instruments teaching is to establish three mainstays, which are production skills, legal thoughts and legal ideas.
