摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规则纲要(2010-2020年)》实施以来,尽管农村教育取得了长足发展,城乡差距虽有所缩小但差距仍较大。须构建城乡教育一体化的发展模式,在教育资源、管理制度、教学质量上统筹配套改革,联动发展。并以滨州市为例,提出完善滨州城乡教育一体化发展模式的对策。Because of the Rules of the national medium and long-term education reform and development compendium（2010-2020）,great progress of education has been made in rural areas and the gap between the urban and the rural has been narrowed but they still differ greatly. It＇s urgent to build the developing mode of the integration of urban and rural education, seek the education resources,improve the quality of teaching management system and integrate supporting reform in order to promote the overall development. Taking Binzhou city as an example,this paper puts forward countermeasure to perfect the integration mode of urban and rural education development.
