摘  要:目的:对使用CBG BIOTECH溶剂回收仪再生的二甲苯与新开封二甲苯在手术快速冷冻病理中的染色效果进行比较。方法:选取40例测试病理组织,OCT包埋后制作冷冻切片2张,分别使用再生和新开封二甲苯进行染色处理,就其染色后的组织结构、细胞核及细胞质的染色情况进行评分。结果:在快速冷冻病理中再生二甲苯与新开封的二甲苯在组织结构细胞核染色以及细胞质染色评分相比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.38,t=1.45,t=1.32;P>0.05)。结论:再生的二甲苯可以应用于快速冷冻病理的HE染色法染色。Objective: To investigate the quality of tissue morphology of fast frozen sections between the recycled xylene and the new xylene. Methods: Forty fresh specimens were embedded by OCT and were prepared into two equal sequence sections. With recycled xylene and new xylene stain processing, the haematoxylin and eosin(HE)-stained sections were evaluated for tissue structure, cellular and nuclear detail. Results: There were no significant differences in tissue morphology between recycled and new xylene, including tissue structure(t=1.38, P=0.78), nuclear(t=1.45, P=0.82) and cytoplasm(t=1.32, P=0.20) detail. Conclusion: Recycled xylene is suitable for HE staining in routine fast frozen sections.
