摘  要:目的通过了解护士产后返岗适应的现状,分析其相关影响因素,为制订相关的管理对策提供依据,保证护理工作的安全与质量。方法采用问卷调查法,包括一般资料问卷、护士产后返岗适应问卷以及工作家庭冲突量表,对山东省济南市3所三级甲等综合医院的产后返岗护士进行调查。结果护士产后返岗适应问卷得分为(2.53±0.74)分,护士产后返岗工作家庭冲突总体得分为(2.82±0.56)分。多元分层回归分析结果显示,产后返岗护士是否在急危重症科室、工作年限、返岗后培训时间及工作家庭冲突(主要是行为冲突)是影响其返岗适应性的重要因素。结论护士产后返岗适应处于中等水平,且总体适应差异性较大。科室性质、工作年限、返岗后培训时间及工作家庭冲突对护士产后返岗适应有重要影响。Objective To assess the adaptation for postpartum nurses back into work,and explore its related factors,which might provide scientific references to formulate management strategies to ensure safety and quality of nursing. Methods Convenient sampling was used and postpartum nurses who returned to work in three tertiary general hospitals in Jinan,Shandong Province were investigated. Questionnaires included general information questionnaire,questionnaire of return adaptation for postpartum nurse ,and work-family conflict scale(WFCS). Results The average score of return adaptation for postpartum nurse was(2.53-^-0.74),and the average score of WFCS was(2.82± 0.56). Multiple hierarchical regression analysis found whether worked in emergency department,length of working, time of return training and level of work-family conflict impacted on adaptation. Conclusion The adaptation of postpartum nurse was in the middle level,and has much individual variation. Nature of department,length of work- ing,time of return training and work-family conflict impacted on their adaptation.
