摘　　要：与许多恶性肿瘤一样,肾癌的发病机制始终是困扰人类的世界性难题。为了提高肾癌的早期诊断率及改善患者预后,对肾癌发病机制的研究成为当今的热点。在CD4^+T细胞亚群中,新近发现的Th17和Treg细胞及其细胞因子在肾癌的发病机制中发挥着重要作用。本文就Th17和Treg细胞及其细胞因子在肾癌中的作用研究进展做一综述。As many malignant tumors,the pathogenesis of kidney cancer has always troubled human beings worldwide.In order to improve the early diagnostic rate of kidney cancer and improve patients prognosis,the study of kidney cancer pathogenesis is becoming a hotspot today.In the CD4~＋T cells sudgroup,the newly discovered Th17 and Treg cells and cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of kidney cancer.This paper is aimed at reviewing progress of Th17 and Treg cells and cytokines in the kidney cancer.
