摘 要:目的:探讨用根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年4月期间在我院接受根管治疗的98颗患牙作为研究对象。我院先使用根管长度测量仪测量法和手感测量法测量这98颗患牙的根管工作长度,然后使用X线片测量法测量其根管工作长度,并将其使用X线片测量法进行根管工作长度测量的结果作为最终的测定结果。测量结束后,对比用根管长度测量仪测量法和手感测量法测量根管工作长度的准确率。结果:经X线片测量法证实,用手感测量法测量根管工作长度的准确率为61.5%(136/221),用根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确率为89.6%(198/221)。与用手感测量法相比,用根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确率较高。此测量方法值得在临床上推广应用。objective To investigate the accuracy of the root canal length measuring instrument and the feasibility of its use in primary medical institutions. Methods We selected 98 cases with 221 root canals were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group had 52 teeth with 113 root canals, measured working length with root canal length measuring instrument. The control group of 46 cases with 108 roots, determined the working length by X-ray method. Accuracy rates between the two groups were compared with the main shoot tip radiograph measurement. Results The accuracy rate of the experimental group was 89.4%. The accuracy rate of the control group was 81.5%. There was no statistically difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Root canal length measuring instrument can accurately measure the working length of the root canal. It should be used in the primary medical institutions.
