摘 要:备件取用效率是决定战争胜负的关键因素之一,为了在装备维修过程中能精确、及时、高效地取用备件,提出了考虑人机工效的备件布局优化问题。根据备件布局的特点,在保证备件车行车安全性的前提下,选取了人机工效学中的重要性原则、取用频率原则、相关性原则及相容性原则为备件布局依据及目标,建立了备件布局多目标优化数学模型,并在实例中采用萤火虫算法求解。结果表明:布局模型能综合考虑各子目标,且萤火虫算法求解模型可以获得较好的布局优化方案,备件布局易于查找及存取,达到快速完成维修任务提高维修保障能力的目的。The access efficiency of the spare parts is one of the key factors that decide the outcome of the war. In order to take spare parts in equipment repair process accurately,timely and efficiently,considering ergonomic layout optimization problem for the spare car is proposed. According to the characteristics of spare parts layout,under the premise of ensuring the driving safety of spare car,the principle of importance,the principle of frequency,the principle of relevance and the principle of compatibility are selected as layout basis and objectives for the spare parts to establish multi-objective layout optimization mathematical model of spare parts,and firefly algorithm is adopted in an instance to solve the problem. The results show that layout model can synthetically consider each sub-goal,and using firefly algorithm to solve the model can obtain better layout optimization scheme to make that spare parts are easy to be found and access. So maintenance tasks can be completed fast and maintenance support capability can be improved.
