摘　　要：新常态下,地方本科院校转型发展给后勤工作提出了更新更高的要求。后勤工作要主动顺应学校发展新常态,转变工作理念,创新管理模式,提升服务水平。"三精之路"是适应和实现后勤管理与服务工作转型升级的重要路径与对策,在具体实施中要厚植精心理念,实施精细管理,实现精准服务。There are newer and higher requirements to logistics work for the transformation development of local undergraduate universities for the New Normal. Logistics work needs to comply with the new normal school development actively, shift the work idea, innovative management mode, improve the service level. ＂ The rule of meticulous, fine and precise work＂ is the significant methods and strategy of the adaptation and realization of the transformation and upgrading of logistics managements and services. Strengthen the idea of meticulous work, implement fine management and realize the precise service is needed when specific implementation is taken.
