摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与肺黏液表皮样癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者的药学监护方法。方法临床药师查阅指南及相关文献,对1例肺黏液表皮样癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者的抗凝治疗及其他药物治疗方案提出用药建议并进行药学监护。结果临床医师部分采纳药师建议,患者症状得到明显缓解,顺利出院。结论通过这例肿瘤合并下肢静脉血栓患者的药学监护,为今后这类患者的治疗提供依据。Objective To provide pharmaceutical care for one patient with lung cancer combined deep vein thrombosis（DVT）. Methods A patient with mucoepidermoid carcinoma combined deep vein thrombosis was admitted to our hospital. Based on literature review and the patients＇ condition, pharmacists gave therapeutic suggestions and provided pharmaceutical care. Results Most suggestions were adopted by doctors. The patient was discharged with improved condition. Conclusion Via participating in treating this patient, pharmacists gain some experience in taking care of patients with cancer and deep vein thrombosis.
