摘　　要：生物、物理、化学等多种因素参与肿瘤的发生发展,若细胞内存在的原癌基因及抑癌基因平衡被打破,肿瘤即发生。许多实验在肿瘤相关分子的研究方面具有突出发现。继mi RNA后,长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA lnc RNA)成为新的研究热点,因其数量、种类、功能状况不明确,被称为基因组中的"暗物质"。有研究指出人类结肠癌相关转移因子-1(colon cancer associated transcript-1 CCAT1)在多种人类肿瘤组织中异常表达,并与肿瘤的侵袭、浸润及预后密切相关。现有研究表明CCAT1在参与肿瘤的发生发展中介导了染色体稳定、转录后调控并诱导细胞增殖,但其具体的作用机制仍处在研究的初期阶段。本文旨针对CCAT1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及研究前景予以综述,以期为肿瘤的基因诊断和治疗提供新思路及新方法。Biology,physics,chemistry and other facters are involoved in the development of tumor. If the balance of cell＇s proto-oncogenes and anti-oncogenes is broken, neoplasms happens.Many experiments in the study of tumor associated molecules has been found.After mi RNA,lnc RNA has become a new hotspot,the unmber,type,and function of lnc RNA are unclear,so that they have been called the ＂dark matter＂ of the genome.Studies have reported that human colon cancer associated transcript-1（colon cancer associated transcript-1 CCAT1）abnormally expresses in a variety of human cancers and is closely related to the tumor infiltration and prognosis.Now researches show that CCAT1 is participating in the chromosome stability, regulation of transcription and inducing cell proliferation,but the specific mechanism is still in the early stages of the research.This article is amied at the CCAT1＇role in the tumorgenesis and development to provide new insights into the genetic diagnosis and treatment of tumor in clinics.
