摘　　要：针对汽车工业生产中DQ380油泵壳零件的较高表面清洁度质量要求和批量化生产需求,研制开发了一种可实现其高效自动化清洗的专业设备——高压水射流清洗机器人。重点介绍了设备的技术参数、结构特点、清洗工艺、试验及应用状况。实际应用表明,该设备自动化清洗过程高效可靠,清洗质量稳定。According to the requirement of DQ380 pump housing＇s high surface cleanliness and quality production in automotive industry,a kind of professional equipment,robot high-pressure water jet cleaning machine is developed to realize the high efficiency and automatic cleaning of DQ380 pump housing. The paper focuses on the technical parameters,structural features,cleaning process,test and application of the equipment. The practical application shows that the automatic cleaning process of the equipment is efficient and reliable,and the cleaning quality is stable.
