摘　　要：目的:了解海宁市海洛因成瘾者社区美沙酮维持治疗效果。方法:对海宁市美沙酮门诊维持治疗>1年的269名海洛因成瘾者进行问卷凋査。结果:海洛因成瘾人群以中青年已婚男性为主;首次吸毒平均年龄为26.1岁,吸毒年限中位数为7年;通过美沙酮维持治疗,承认过去1个月注射吸毒的比例由基线的52.8%下降到19.01%;性伴>2人者由治疗前的8.0%下降至治疗后的1.0%;最近1次性行为时安全套的使用率由治疗前的14.3%提高到28.3%;过去1个月内与吸毒的朋友交往次数每天≥1次的比例由治疗前19.7%下降到7.3%;违法犯罪率、自我感觉目前与家人的关系、就业等无明显改善。结论:美沙酮维持治疗能够改变治疗者吸毒行为,减少与前毒友的交往,提高安全性行为等。Objective To evaluate the methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）among heroin addicts in Haining.Methods We carried out questionnaire investigation among heroin addicts who were given MMT more than one year in Haining clinics.Results People with heroin addiction were normally young married males.The average age of their first drug abuse was at 26.1years old,with a median drug abuse session of 7years.After the application of MMT,drug injection rate of addicts confessing drug intake in the past one month decreased from 52.8%to 19.01%;the proportion of people who had more than 2sexual partners decreased from 8.0%to 1.0%;the rate of using condom in recently sexual behaviours increased from 14.3%to 28.3%;the frequency of contact with people who were drug addicts decreased from 19.7%to7.3%.The rate of crime,the family relationship and employment did not significantly improve.Conclusions MMT can change the act of drug abuse,break up the relationship with drug addicts,and popularize healthy sexual behaviors.
