The Practice and Exploration of Basic Clinical Skills, Clinical Skills and Comprehensive Clinical Skills Integrated Teaching Model to Improve the Quality of Clinical Teaching

摘  要:目的探讨基本临床技能、专科临床技能和综合临床技能整合教学模式对提高临床技能学教学的质量和效果。方法选取该院2013级临床医学本科班1、2、3、4班共400名学生为研究对象。随机抽取1、4班为观察组(n=208),2、3班为对照组(n=192),分别采用基本临床技能、专科临床技能和综合临床技能整合教学模式和传统教学模式,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果观察组理论成绩(75.6±9.8)分和临床技能成绩(41.8±6.6)分均高于对照组(45.4±5.7)分、(17.3±3.5)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组考试成绩优良率(84.3%)显著高于对照组(56.5%)(P<0.05)。结论基本临床技能、专科临床技能和综合临床技能整合教学模式应用于临床技能学教学改革中,不但可提高教学效果,而且可大大提高学生的综合临床实践能力。Objective To investigate the clinical basic skills, professional clinical skills and comprehensive clinical skills teaching mode on quality and improve the teaching effect of clinical skills.Methods 2013 clinical medical undergraduate class 1,2,3,4 class of 400 students as the research object. Randomly chosen 1,4 class for the observation group( n=208).2,3 class for the control group(n=192),respectively. The basic clinical skills, specialized clinical skills and comprehensive clinical skills teaching mode and traditional teaching mode, to compare the two methods of teaching effect. Results The observation group theory score(75.6 ± 9.8) and clinical skill score(41.8 ± 6.6) were higher than those in control group score(45.4 ± 5.7), score(17.3 ± 3.5). the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Group examination results excellent rate(84.3%) was significantly higher than the control group(56.5%)( P〈0.05). Conclusion The basic clinical skills for clinical skills teaching reform of teaching mode of integration of specialized clinical skills and comprehensive clinical skills In the middle, not only can improve the teaching effect, but also can greatly improve the stu-dents' comprehensive clinical practice ability.
