摘　　要：目前研究表明,代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的发病率日益增加,其中肥胖或糖尿病与结肠癌有密切关系,然而,代谢综合征与结直肠癌重要的癌前病变结肠腺瘤关系的研究甚少,这种关系的机制尚不十分明确。现就其与结直肠腺瘤的相关性研究做一综述。At present, the current study shows that metabolic syndrome（MS） incidence is increasing, which obesity or diabetes and colon cancer has close relationship. However, the relationship between metabolic syndrome and colorectal adenoma--an important colorectal cancers precancerous lesion, is rare. The mechanism of this relationship is not clear. Therefore, this study will explore the correlation between metabolic syndrome and colorectal adenoma.
