摘　　要：供应链的一个重要领域是逆向物流,有效的供应链和物流管理需重点关注。逆向物流产生和增长的原因主要有客户退货、环境挑战和经济价值,良好的逆向物流管理可以降低成本、改善客户服务,产生价值流,而不是废弃流。设计供应链逆向物流方案时,需要考虑逆向物流流程、有效组织结构和先进信息技术。An important area of supply chain is reverse logistics,effective supply chain and logistics management need to be cautious. The main reasons for the emergence and growth of reverse logistics are customer returns,environmental challenges and economic value. Good reverse logistics management can reduce the cost,improve customer service,generate value stream,not waste stream. Designning supply chain reverse logistics needs to consider the reverse logistics process,effective organizational structure and advanced information technology.
