摘 要:就业市场是检验大学生就业竞争力的试金石,测度大学生就业竞争力关键是用人单位对大学生就业情况的反馈,但是已有研究多是从高校教师和学生层面研究大学生就业竞争力,忽略了用人单位的评价;因此,本文通过文献回顾,用德尔菲法进行量表设计,通过对就业市场的问卷调研,采用探索性因子分析构建了用于评价大学生就业竞争力的评价体系,通过对该评价体系的研究,为高校提升大学生就业竞争力提供了一系列管理启示和建议,为引导高校相关部门和在校大学生重视就业竞争力培养,实现高质量就业提供参考借鉴。The existing literatures,which research the employment competitiveness of university students,focus on the level of the university teachers and students.It is necessary to evaluate the employment competitiveness from the respect of employment market.The literatures measure whether the graduatesability could meet the requests of both the society and the employers,thus to assess the quality of employment.Through literature review,this article adopts delphi method to design scales.Additionally,by using the questionnaire survey towards employment market,the exploratary factor analysis is used to construct the evaluation system for university studentsemployment competitiveness.Then,according to the constructive conclusion and managerial implication,the article leads the relevant departments of universities and students to pay attention to the foster of employment competitiveness and to achieve high quality employment.
