摘  要:假设电商通过快递服务商将产品送往需求市场,建立基于服务和价格的网购供应链均衡模型.该网络包含供应商、电商、快递服务商、需求市场,并在快递商加入服务质量作为竞争因素.利用变分不等式对各层决策行为进行分析,得到均衡解,并通过数值仿真说明:网购消费者的决策行为不同于一般购物行为,即网购消费者不仅追求高质量的产品还有物流速度,服务质量高的快递商在竞争中获胜.供应链的竞争力取决于链内成员的质量和价格.In this paper,an online shopping supply chain supernetwork model,which includes multiple raw material suppliers,manufacturers and transportation service providers who competing on price and quality,is developed.Supphers,manufacturers and transportation service providers maximize their profits while considering the competitors' prices and quality levels.The governing equilibrium conditions of the model are formulated as a variational inequality and qualitative properties are presented.Finally,two examples illustrate the applicability and validity of the model.We found that competitiveness of the supply chain depends on the prices and quality levels of the chain members.Consumers choose high quality products and short delivery time.Transportation providers with high quality will win in the fierce market competition.
