摘  要:针对火电厂循环流化床(CFB)锅炉选择性非催化还原(SNCR)烟气脱硝系统因工作特性复杂,常规PID控制调节品质和经济性较差,变工况情况下无法自动控制等问题,提出采用对复杂系统有较好控制作用的广义预测控制(GPC)来改善SNCR烟气脱硝系统的控制性能和调节品质。通过不断的研究和试验调整,建立基于自校正控制的GPC并逐步优化参数使调节品质达到最优。实际投运结果表明,系统在机组负荷平稳时可以实现自动控制且控制效果较好。For several problems occurred in selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) flue gas denitrification systems of thermal power plants equipped with circulating fluidized bed boiler,such as the complex nature of the work,poor control quality and economy of the conventional PID control,and can not be automatically controlled under variable working conditions, this article uses the generalized predictive control (GPC) method, which has better control effect to complex systems, to improve the control performance and regula- tion quality of the system. Through continuous research and adjustment on the GPC which is established on the basis of self-tuning control, the unit parameters are gradually optimized and the control quality reaches the optimum. The actual commissioning show that, the system can realize automatic control and achieve better regulation quality.
