摘  要:本试验研究了泌乳期和产犊季节对地中海奶水牛泌乳性能的影响,收集意大利南方4个牧场416头地中海水牛共1294条生产记录信息,利用R语言统计分析软件对两个环境因素进行一般线性模型分析,运用最小二乘均值比较各因素不同水平间的差异性。结果发现,产犊季节和泌乳期均对产奶量、乳脂量和乳蛋白量产生极显著的影响(P<0.01),且随着胎次的上升,产奶量、乳脂量和乳蛋白量均增加,第5胎达到最大值。结果表明,在饲养条件良好的情况下,地中海奶水牛选择在秋、冬季节产犊,可以提高生产效益。Test day records of milk production traits(milk yield,fat,and protein yield) of 416 Italy Mediterranean buffalo with totally 1294 production record information from four ranch in southern Italy were analyzed with general linear model in order to estimate the effect of lactation and calving season on the Mediterranean buffalo lactation performance by using R language statistics analysis software.Results showed that calving season and lactation had significant impact on milk yield,milk fat and milk protein(P0.01),and with the rise of parity,milk yield,milk fat and milk protein were increased,the fifth parity buffalo reached the maximum value.Under the good feeding conditions,autumn and winter are suitable for Mediterranean buffalo calving,which can improve production efficiency.
