摘　　要：目的探讨锥形束CT(Cone-Beam CT,CBCT)在取下颌舌侧软组织间隙内断根时的应用。方法回顾性分析2012年至2015年10例患者因断根误入下颌骨舌侧软组织间隙内治疗的临床资料。通过术前CBCT定位断根在软组织间隙的位置,选择相应的方法进行手术。结果误入下颌骨舌侧软组织间隙内断根的牙根均被取出,术后创口一期愈合,未见明显并发症发生。结论 CBCT的应用提高了定位的准确性,便于手术方案的选择,大大节省了手术操作时间。Objective To evaluate the application of CBCT on removal of tooth or broken roots which are dislocated into the lingual space. Methods From 2012 to 2015, totally 10 patients with broken roots dislocated into the lingual space were included. All of them got CBCT examination to locate the broken roots. Then they accepted the operations accord- ingly. Results All broken roots were removed sueeessfully, no obvious complications were found in all of pa- tients. Conclusion The application of CBCT could improve the accuracy of broken roots localization. It will be conven- ient to make operation options and save the operation time.
