摘 要:以山东省青岛市即墨市第五中学人工湿地污水处理系统为研究对象,采用能值分析法,进行了环境经济价值核算和可持续性评价。结果表明,该系统环境经济价值和经济效益的能值分别为3.24×1018sej/a和3.11×1018sej/a,其成本与效益之比为1︰24.41。同时,该系统的环境负载率(environmental loading ratio,ELR)和可持续性指数(emergy sustainability index,ESI)分别为0.07和214.86。不同系统的可持续指数差异较大,采用中水回用的人工湿地系统,其可持续性指数最高。即墨市第五中学人工湿地污水处理系统的环境经济效益显著,可持续水平较高,中水回用是其关键影响因素。与传统污水处理系统相比,耗能低,环境负荷小。Emergy analysis was introduced to evaluate the environmental economic value and sustainability of constructed wetland systems in No.5 Middle School of Jimo city. The results showed that the environmental economic value of the system was 3.24×1018sej/yr, and the economic benefit of the system was 3.11×1018sej/yr. The ratio of cost and benefit in the system was 1︰24.41. The environmental loading ratio(ELR) and the emergy sustainability index(ESI) of the system were 0.07 and 214.86, respectively. There was significant difference of emergy sustainability index in different systems, and the emergy sustainability index of the constructed wetland system for reclaimed water reuse was the highest. The constructed wetland system in No.5Middle School of Jimo city had significant environmental and economic benefits and high sustainability,which was mainly attributable to the reuse of treated water. Compared with the traditional sewage treatment systems, the constructed wetland systems had low energy consumption and little environmental load.
