摘　　要：目的了解武警某部救援人员抑郁与创伤暴露的关系，为武警救援人员心理卫生工作提供借鉴。方法以调查时近一月内是否参加救援任务分为创伤暴露组和非创伤暴露组，对237名救援人员的抑郁状况采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测评。结果参与调查237人，剔除无效数据后229例有效，有效率96．62％。抑郁51例（22．27％），其中轻度32例，中度17例，重度2例。创伤暴露组抑郁阳性率（26．35％）高于非创伤暴露组抑郁阳性率（14．81％），组间差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．025，P=0．045）。结论创伤暴露可能会导致救援人员的抑郁情绪，有必要对创伤暴露救援人员进行早期干预。Objective To explore the relationship between depression and traumatic exposure in the rescue workers of armed policy, and provide the theoretical and practical basis of the post-traumatic mental and health work. Methods 237 rescue workers, who were divided into traumatic exposure group and non traumatic exposure one with participating in the rescue mission or not, were assessed with the international Self-rating Depressive Scale （SDS）. Results 229 workers were left as effective data after eliminating invalid data. 51 （22.27%） workers were depressive patients, 32 were mild depression,17 were moderate depression, 2 were severe depression. The postive rate of depression in traumatic exposure rescue workers （26.35%） was higher than those who didn＇t suffer from traumatic exposure （14.81%）. Difference between groups has statistical significance （x^ 2=4.025, P=0.045）. Conclusion Traumatic exposure of rescue mission can aggravate the depression of armed policy rescue workers. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out early depressive prevention for rescue workers.
