摘  要:目的:动态观察自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)视网膜和肠系膜等微循环损伤的变化,分析其与瘀血、出血的相关性,以期为临床诊断及治疗提供实验依据。方法:实验分两组,模型组为雄性SHR 20只,对照组为雄性健康Wistar大鼠20只。采用视网膜照相机及肠系膜微循环观测系统,分别于大鼠6月龄、10月龄时随机各取10只进行检测;同时取血进行血流变学检测。结果:6月龄与10月龄模型组大鼠均可见视网膜及肠系膜微血管形态异常、数量减少、血液流速明显减慢、微动脉变细、DA/DV明显减小等瘀血反应,与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);随着月龄的增加,血压增高,瘀血损伤反应加重,出现微血管瘤及出血等改变。结论:随着病程的改变,自发性高血压大鼠可出现血瘀、出血的病理改变。Objective:To dynamically observe microcirculation injuries of retina and mesentery in the spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs),to analysis whether blood stasis and bleeding is correlated with microcirculation disturbance,and to provide the experimental evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Rats were divided into the control and model groups. In the model group there were 20 male SHRs and in the control group there were 20 male healthy Wistar rats. Retinal camera and mesenteric microcirculation observation system were used to perform the observation. Ten rats from each group were randomly selected for the observation and hemorheological examination at the age of 6 months and 10 months. Results:In the model group the rats at the age of 6 months and 10 months showed the manifestation of blood stasis,such as dysmorphic retinal and mesenteric microvessels,decreased microvessels,significantly decreased blood flow,narrowing of microartery,decreased DA/DV,with statistical difference compared with the control group rats(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). With the increase of age,blood pressure increased,injury due to blood stasis became serious,and even microangioma and bleeding appeared. Conclusions:With the development of the disease,SHRs could manifest pathological changes like blood stasis and hemorrhage.
