韦氏杞菊甘露方熏蒸治疗女性围绝经期干眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价"韦氏杞菊甘露方"熏蒸治疗围绝经期女性干眼的临床疗效。方法前瞻性临床研究。选取本院眼科门诊就诊的水液缺乏型肝肾不足证围绝经期女性干眼患者60例,将患者随机分为2组,分别给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗(对照组)或韦氏杞菊甘露方熏蒸+玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗(试验组)。于治疗前及连续治疗14 d后,分别观察患者泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量(SIT)及角膜荧光素染色(FL),并对患者主观症状评分进行分析比较。结果治疗14 d后,试验组及对照组BUT优于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组BUT、FL、主观症状评分的改善幅度好于对照组(P<0.05),SIT改善幅度与对照组比较无统计学意义的差异(P>0.05)。结论韦氏杞菊甘露方熏蒸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗对水液缺乏型肝肾不足证围绝经期女性干眼患者的BUT及FL两项客观指标及主观不适症状均有改善作用,该疗法在延长BUT、促进角膜上皮修复及减轻主观症状评分方面优于玻璃酸钠滴眼液。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of steaming treatment by Wei＇s Qijuganlu recipe on peri- menopausal dry eye. METHODS Sixty perimenopausal patients in liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）suffered from aqueous tear deficiency dry eyes were included and divided into 2 groups randomly ,which were treated either by sodium hyaluronate eye drops （control group）or Wei＇s Qijuganlu recipe combined sodium hyaluronate eye drops （treatment group）respectively. The tear break-up time （BUT）, Schirmer I test （SIT） ,fluorescein staining test （FL）,the total subjective symptoms scores of patients were detected and marked before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. RESULTS After 14 days,the BUT in the treatment group and control group were better than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group improvement of the BUT,FL and total subjective symptoms scores in the treatment group were better（P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference in SIT improvement between the two groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The study found steaming treatment by Wei＇s Qijuganlu recipe combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops could improve the objective indexes like BUT and FL as well as subjective symptoms in perimenopausal patients with aqueous tear deficiency dry eye of liver and kidney deficiency. The combined therapy was better than mere hyaluronate eye drops in terms of tear film stability, corneal epithelial heal and subjective symptoms.
