摘　　要：图书馆是图书馆员开展读者服务的主要场所。数字技术的应用,推动了传统图书馆和数字图书馆的融合,增强了图书馆服务读者的能力。传统图书馆和数字图书馆的融合,充分表现在传统图书馆运用数字技术建设数字图书馆。推动传统图书馆和数字图书馆融合的目的和方向是为了方便图书馆员更好地为读者提供服务。随着数字技术的出现,加快传统图书馆和数字图书馆融合成为了可能。充分运用数字技术进行传统图书馆的升级换代,建设数字图书馆是其必然的选择和发展的趋势。如何运用数字技术,整合传统图书馆已有的文献资源,推动传统图书馆和数字图书馆的深度融合,是每一个图情人值得研究的课题。Library is the main place for librarians to provide service to readers. The application of digital technology motivates the integration of traditional libraries and digital libraries, and enhances the quality of service of the library. The integration of traditional libraries and digital libraries can be seen most prominently in application of digital technology in building digital libraries by traditional libraries. The reason behind the integration of traditional libraries and digital libraries is to make it easier for librarians to provide better service to the readers. With the emergence of digital technology, it is possible to speed up the integration of traditional libraries and digital libraries. It is an inevitable choice and development trend to build digital libraries by using the digital technology to upgrade the traditional libraries. How to use digital technology to integrate literature resources in traditional libraries and advance the deep integration of traditional libraries and digital libraries is an subject which worth everybody working on books and information studying.
