摘　　要：高校毕业生就业已是广受关注的社会问题。首先,文章从社会环境、教育制度、家庭以及毕业生自身角度分析了高校毕业生就业难的原因;然后,从宏观和微观两个层面,探讨高校在氛围营造、就业服务、毕业生就业能力提升方面所起到的积极作用。文章就提升毕业生就业能力方面,从引导学生树立主体意识、创新培养模式、加快课程体系改革3个方面进行阐述。The employment of college graduates has become a widely concerned social problem. Firstly, this article ana- lyzes the reasons why it is hard for the college graduates to land jobs from the perspective of social environment, educa- tion system, family and graduates. Then this article explores the positive role played by colleges and universities in creating the job searching atmosphere, providing employment service and improving the ability of employment of graduates. This article discusses the ways that can guide students to raise the awareness of self-improvement, build innovation training mode and accelerate the reform of course system in the hope to improve students＇ ability in finding jobs.
