摘  要:目的研究一种醋酸氯己定聚维酮碘复方消毒液的相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场消毒试验和动物试验方法,对该复方消毒液相关性能进行研究。结果该复方消毒液含有效碘2 000 mg/L,醋酸氯己定4 010 mg/L与60%(V/V)乙醇。以其含有效碘500 mg/L稀释液作用0.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>4.00。用该复方消毒液原液擦拭消毒志愿者前臂内侧中段皮肤并作用1.0 min,对皮肤上自然菌杀灭对数值均>1.00。该复方消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/(kg·bw);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;对皮肤无刺激性。结论该复方消毒液对细菌和真菌具有快速杀灭作用,属于实际无毒级物质,无致突变作用,无皮肤刺激性。Objective To study the properties of a compound disinfection solution of chlorhexidine acetate and povidone iodine. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test, field disinfection test and animal test were used in this study. Results The compound disinfection solution contains available iodine 2 000 mg,/L,chlorhexidine acetate 4 010 mg/L and 60% (V/V) ethanol. The killing logarithm reduction of Staphylococcus aureus ,Escheriehia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the diluted solution containing 500 mg/L effective iodine were larger than 5.00 while that of Candida albicaus was above 4.00 for 0.5 min. The killing rate of the natural bacterial on the skin was greater than 90% while wiping with the original disinfectant for 1 min. The oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfection solution for mice was above 5 000 mg/( kg . bw) , the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative and the solution shows no irritating to the skin. Conclusion The compound antisepsis solution has quick efficacy in killing vegetative bacteria, fungi and natural bacteria on the skin. It belongs to the actual non - toxic substance, has no mutation effect and no irritating to the skin.
