身体哲学视域下的竞技体育伦理研究

摘　　要：身体哲学所论身体的此在性、差异性、历时性为从伦理学角度审视竞技体育提供了全新的视域,让竞技体育的身体德性着眼于体育人的外在身份条件与内在精神价值。而在激烈竞争与相互尊重中,竞技体育的正义内涵也融入了身体概念。无论是竞技规则还是体育制度,亦或是体育法律,都是从维护体育人的身体正义出发赋予竞技体育的伦理价值。Body philosophy, which concerns natural existence, difference, and diachronics of the body, provides a new sight for the review of an ethical point of competitive sport, so that person of virtue from competitive sports focuses on the external conditions and internal spiritual values. In the fierce competition and mutual respect, the connotation of sports justice is also integrated into the body concept. Athletics rule, sports system and sports law are starting ethical value of competitive sports from the maintenance given to the human body sports justice.
