组织承诺视角下教练员的领导行为与队员团队认同之间的关联性——基于篮球项目的数据分析

摘　　要：运动团队是运动员进行训练的组织机构,运动员的团队认同是非常重要的,主要目的是研究集体项目中运动员对教练领导行为反应是如何影响其团队认同的。以国内参加CBA、WCBA及CUBA和篮球运动员为研究对象,以Chelladurai编制的运动队教练领导行为量表和Morrow的组织承诺量表为研究工具,经过数理统计,研究发现在篮球项目中运动员更认同教练员的行为,在组织承诺上要高于大学生运动员。教练领导行为与运动员的组织承诺达到显著水平,运动员对教练领导行为对其组织承诺有较强的预测力,其中的训练与指导作用对运动员的组织承诺的影响力最大。The sport team is the organization, in which athletes training carries out. Therefore, athletes, team recognition is of great importance. The main purpose of this study is to explore that how the coach＇ s leading behavior exert impact on team recognition of collective project athletes. The research is based on effective questionnaires finished by the basketball athletes who attend domestic CBA, WCBA, CUBA. By using the team coach leading behavior on the Chelladurai scale and the team identification scale and Morrow＇ s organizational commitment scale as the research tools, the study finds out that when coach leadership behavior in group projects and athletes team recognition reached significant level, the effect of training and guid- ance of coach behavior of leadership on athletes is the most significant.
