摘　　要：调查了商业银行国际贸易融资的现状,选择贸易融资中的信用风险,利用基于信用风险的授信管理模型做出分析,得到我国商业银行贸易融资的风险防范措施,给我国进出口贸易提出指导性的建议.This paper first simply introduces the present situation of the international trade financing of commercial bank, and then selects the credit risk in trade financing, use of the credit management model based on credit risk analysis. Finally it put forward China＇s commercial banks trade finance risk prevention measures, as well as the suggestions on import and export trade in our country for reference.
