摘  要:对脑电生物反馈系统临床治疗小儿注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)效果进行分析,为临床小儿多动治疗提供更多参考。选择笔者单位2012年5月至2015年6月间收治的44例ADHD患儿作为研究资料,对其采用脑电生物反馈系统进行治疗;采用视听整合连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)、Achenbach儿童行为量表对临床治疗前后的结果进行分析。经1疗程治疗后,ADHD患者IVA-CPT综合评分除听觉注意力未出现明显改善(P>0.05),其余几项均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);ADHD患者IVA-CPT综合评分除听觉注意力未出现明显改善(P>0.05),其余几项均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。临床运用脑电生物反馈系统治疗小儿注意缺陷ADHD,具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高,其临床推广应用价值较高。The purpose of EEG biofeedback system clinical treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) analysis of the effects,in order for the clinical treatment of hyperactivity in children to provide more information. First,select the I unit between May 2012- June 2015 44 cases of children with ADHD treated herein as research data,its use EEG biofeedback treatment systems;integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT),Achenbach Child behavior Checklist clinical results before and after treatment were analyzed. The results suggest that,after a course of treatment,ADHD patients IVA-CPT composite score in addition to auditory attention does not appear significant improvement(P〉0.05), the remaining few were better than before treatment(P〈0.05);ADHD patients IVA-CPT except auditory attention composite score does not appear significant improvement(P〉0.05),the remaining few were better than before treatment(P〈0.05).
