摘  要:目的根据胃镜发展现状及教学特点,设计并实现了一种使受训胃镜医师能正确认知操作方向及获得模拟真实胃镜的操作技巧和诊断技能的教学系统。方法系统主要采用计算机技术和机电技术实现胃镜仿真操作和虚拟诊断教学系统的相应功能。结果系统实现了:基于工业内窥镜全真模拟胃镜摄像、活检、吸引、注水、注气等主要操作;基于MALAB/GUI全真模拟胃镜诊断的工作流程、对应病灶影像的显示处理和部分典型病灶诊断;方向认知报警系统包括气道认知和食管等七个关键部分认知。结论在减少胃镜培训成本、缓解教师繁重工作、优化传统胃镜教学方法的前提下,学员能够在教学系统中反复训练,从而大幅度提高胃镜实践教学质量。Objective According to the development status and teaching characteristics of gastroscope,a new teaching system was designed and realized,which training gastroscope operators cognize operation directions correctly and obtain operation technique of simulate gastroscope and diagnostic skills. Methods Computer and mechanical-electrical technology were used to achieve the corresponding functions of the new system. Results The system can simulate major operations of real gastroscope based on the industrial endoscope such as camera:photographed,biopsy,attract,water injection,gas injection. And simulate diagnosis workflow,display and process of corresponding image,diagnosis of some typical lesions based on MALAB / GUI. And the directions cognition alarm system consists of seven key parts including cognition airway and esophagus cognition.Conclusions On the premise of reducing training cost,easing teacher's heavy work,optimization of conventional gastroscope teaching method, because students can be repeated training, the quality of gastroscope teaching can be significantly improved.
