垂体泌乳素微腺瘤分泌功能与瘤体影像参数相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨泌乳素微腺瘤分泌功能是否与瘤体影像参数存在联系。方法收集泌乳素微腺瘤48例,调取其磁共振检查各参数及检查时对应泌乳素值,采用单因素线性相关及秩相关检验分析泌乳素微腺瘤MR动态增强的强化峰值、强化率、强化斜率、达峰时间与患者泌乳素水平相关性;依据瘤体位置分组患者,利用独立样本t检验,统计分析两组患者泌乳素值差异性。结果 48例患者泌乳素水平与瘤体年龄、达峰时间、强化率、强化斜率、瘤体直径及强化峰值相关系数分别为:0.052、-0.016、-0.085、-0.098、0.088、-0.013,P值均大于0.05,相关性无统计学意义;按瘤体位置分组患者,所得两组患者泌乳素水平差异无统计学意义,t值为0.915,P值为0.365。结论垂体泌乳素微腺瘤分泌能力与瘤体大小、位置及动态增强各参数相关性无统计学意义,影像诊断参数可以确定瘤体存在,但不能反映瘤体分泌功能。Objective To explore if there is relation between the secretion ability of micro- prolactinomal and tumor image parameters. Methods Clolect forty eight samples of micropro- lactinomal,draw on their corresponding prolactin valus during tests, and analyze the correlation between the peak attenuationg,enhaneement rate, enhancement slop rate, peak time of micropro- lactinomal MR dynamic enhancement and prolactin levels of patients by adopting signle factor linear correlation and Rank correlation tests. Patients are grouped based on tumor locationsand,analyze the differences in prolactin value of two groups by means of independent-samples t tests. Results The correlation coefficient between Prolactin level and age, peak time, enhancement rate, enhancement slop rate,tumor diameter and peak attenuationg are 0. 052.-0. 016..-0. 085.-0. 098.0. 088.-0. 013,their P values are all greater than 0.05, The results have no statistical significance. Patients are grouped with tumor locations, and the gained resuts about two groups of patientgprolactin levels difference have no statistical significance, the value of t is 0. 915 ,the value of p is 0. 365 . Conclusion There is no relation between the secretion ability of microprolactinomal and the locations, sizes and dynamic enhanced parameters of tumor. Image diagnosis parameters can decide the exisitence of tumor,but these parameters can't reflect tumor'secretion functions.
