在规范与创造之间——《中庸》与《论人的使命》伦理思想比较及其对高校德育的启示

摘  要:《中庸》的规范伦理建立在人是社会性存在的假设上,《论人的使命》则通过强调人个性的至高地位,建立了创造伦理学。比较两者异同,对我国当代高校德育有如下启示:(1)在社会规范引入与道德创造能力激发间实现平衡;(2)重视德育中学生的主体地位;(3)让超越性道德标准和具体道德原则结合,探索高校道德教育的新生存样式。The normative ethics of The Doctrine of the Mean were based on the assumption that human beings are social exist- ence, while On Human's Mission established creative ethics by emphasizing the supremacy of personality. A Comparison of the similarities and differences between them provides the following suggestions for the moral education of colleges and universities in China: keeping balance between norm and creation; giving priority to the construction of students' subject status; combining the transcendence of moral standards with specific moral principles.
