摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞肝癌中极性蛋白AF-6m RNA的表达及其对侵袭的影响。方法采用实时定量PCR检测的方法,对28对癌细胞、ANLT及不同细胞系中的AF-6m RNA表达水平进行检测,分析AF-6m RNA对侵袭的影响。结果 26例肝细胞肝癌中AF-6m RNA呈现低表达,发生率为92.9%;肝癌细胞株中AF-6m RNA表达低于正常杆细胞株(P<0.05);低侵袭转移能力细胞系中AF-6m RNA表达高于高侵袭转移能力细胞系(P<0.05)。结论肝细胞肝癌中AF-6m RNA低表达可能与高侵袭能力有关。Objective To investigate the expression of AF-6m RNA protein and its effect on the invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Using real-time quantitative PCR detection method, the expression levels of AF-6mRNA in 28 pairs of cancer cells, ANLT and cell lines were detected, and the influence of AF-6mRNA on the invasion was analyzed. Results 26 cases of AF-6mRNA showed low expression in hepatocellular carcinoma, the incidence rate was 92.9%, the rod was significantly lower than the normal cell line AF-6m RNA expression in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line（P〈0.05）, was obviously higher than that of invasion and metastasis of AF-6m RNA cells expressing ability in cell lines with low metastasis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low expression of AF-6mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma may be related to high invasive ability.
