晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后血浆D-二聚体的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者化疗治疗前后血浆中D-二聚体的变化情况,以及对临床治疗的借鉴意义。方法 选取我院2015年1-12月所收治的52例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行研究,所有患者均接受化疗治疗,同时对患者化疗前后血浆D-二聚体进行检测及比较。结果 患者化疗前后D-二聚体含量比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;化疗后,完全缓解患者16例,部分缓解患者30例,稳定患者4例,进展患者2例。结论 晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者血浆中的D-二聚体指标化疗前后有极大变化,能够作为患者化疗效果的指标在临床上应用。Objective To study the advanced digestive tract malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy in the treatment of changes of d-dimer in plasma and clinical significance.MethodsThe study was performed in 52 cases of advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumor patients in our hospital from January to December 2015 were treated, all patients received chemotherapy, at the same time were detected and compared before and after chemotherapy in patients with plasma D- two dimer. Results Comparison of D-dimer polymer content in patients before and after chemotherapy, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There were 16 patients with complete remission after chemotherapy, 30 patients with partial remission, 4 patients with stable disease, and 2 patients with advanced disease.Conclusion In patients with advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract, the plasma levels of D-dimer were significantly changed before and after chemotherapy, which can be used as the index of chemotherapy effect in patients.
