替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期甲胎蛋白阳性胃癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥联合奥沙利铂一线治疗晚期甲胎蛋白阳性胃癌的临床效果。方法选取我院收治50例晚期胃癌患者,根据患者甲胎蛋白表达分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例患者,研究组使用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂联合化疗,对照组患者采用替吉奥胶囊治疗。结果观察组和对照组患者在临床治疗有效率、胃癌根治率、不良反应发生率对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂一线治疗晚期甲胎蛋白阳性胃癌效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced alpha-fetoprotein positive gastric cancer.Methods 50 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups according to the level of AFP. The patients inthe observation group and the control group, 25 cases of patients in each group. The patients in observation groups were treated with the combination of tegafur and oxaliplatin, the control group received tiroglio.Results Observation group and control group, two groups of patients compared to alleviate effectively, gastric cancer effect of radical cure rate, adverse reactions occurred there are difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of oxaliplatin and tegafur in the ifrst-line treatment of advanced alpha-fetoprotein positive gastric cancer patients with signiifcant effect.
