摘  要:研究重度雾霾天气环境下运动对人体心肺机能的影响。在雾霾严重区域采样监测点周围任意选择20名经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民作为重度污染运动组,选择20名不经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民作为重度污染对照组,在空气质量好的城区采样监测点周围任意选择20名不经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民低污染对照组,除重度污染运动需运动外,其他两组不运动。重度污染运动组体成分指标均显著优于高度污染对照组(P〈0.5)。重度污染运动组安静心率、脉搏压、心功指数和低污染对照组相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05),和重度污染对照组相比存在非常显著性差异(P〈0.01);收缩压显著高于重度污染对照组(P〈0.05)。重度污染运动组EDV、MVCF显著高于低污染对照组(P〈0.05),EDV显著高于重度污染对照组,MVCF非常显著高于重度污染对照组;MSER显著低于低污染对照组(P〈0.05);重度污染运动组每搏输出量和心率非常显著性高于重度污染对照组(P〈0.01),与低污染运动组无显著性差异;重度污染运动组射血分数非常显著性高于重度污染对照组(P〈0.01),显著高于低污染对照组(P〈0.05)。重度污染运动组运动后FVC、FEV1、FEF25%-75%、FEF、MVV与重度污染对照组相比具有显著性差异(P〈0.01),其他均无显著性差异。重度雾霾天气环境下运动对人体心肺机能具有积极的影响。Under heary fog weather enrironment movement to the influsece of the heart lung function of the human body was studied. In the serious fog have area to choice arbitrily sampling monitoring 20 residcnts often tahe part in physical exercose was looked upon cam paign group. In urban air quality good sampling monitoring points around arbitrary choose 20 do not often participate in physical exercise residents low pollution control group,in addition to the severe pollution campaign movement,the other two groups do not exercise. The body composition indexes of the severe pollution exercise group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 5). Severe pollution campaign quiet group heart rate( HR),pulse pressure,heart function index and low pollution had significant difference( P〈0. 05) compared to the control group,and severe pollution compared with the control group there were significant differences( P〈0. 01); systolic blood pressure was significantly higher than that of severe pollution in the control group( P〈0. 05). Severe pollution campaign group EDV,MVCF was significantly higher than that of low pollution control group( P〈0. 05),EDV was significantly higher than that of the severe pollution control group,MVCF was significantly higher than that of the severe pollution control group. Mser was significantly lower than that of low pollution control group( P〈0. 05); severe pollution campaign group stroke output and heart rate was significantly higher than that of severe pollution in the control group( P〈0. 01),there were no significant differences between exercise group and low pollution; severe pollution campaign group shot ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of severe pollution in the control group( P〈0. 01),which was significantly higher than low pollution control group( P〈0. 05). FVC,FEV1,FEF25% - 75%,FEF,and MVV were significantly different( P〈0. 01),and no significant difference was not significant between the two
