摘　　要：目的分析JWA基因多态性与消化道肿瘤易感性关系。方法 2011年2月—2013年9月,非肿瘤患者181例,纳入普通疾病组,消化道恶性肿瘤170例,纳入恶性肿瘤组,体检正常患者200例作为对照组,进行JWA基因多态性分析、易感性分析。结果 -76G/C变异有更高的易感性,调整OR（95%CI）=1.99（1.41-3.47）,风险增减2倍左右。结论 JWA基因变异确实可增加消化道肿瘤易感性。Objective： To analyze the relationship between JWA gene polymorphism and susceptibility of digestive tract tumors. Methods： From February 2011 to September 2013,181 patients with non-cancer patients were enrolled in the general disease group,170 patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract,200 patients with malignant tumor and 200 normal controls as control group. JWA gene polymorphism Analysis,susceptibility analysis. Results： The-76 G / C mutation had higher susceptibility,adjusted OR（ 95% CI） = 1. 99（ 1. 41 - 3. 47）,and the risk was increased by about 2times. Conclusion： JWA gene mutation and can increase the susceptibility of gastrointestinal cancer.
