摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）是严重影响儿童身心健康的神经发育障碍性疾病，过去30年来患病率显著上升，已成为严重的全球性公共卫生问题，世界各国尤其是美国对ASD开展了广泛和深入的研究，取得了诸多重要进展。现就儿童ASD的诊断、流行病学、病因和早期干预几个方面的进展进行阐述。Autism spectrum disorders（ASD） are severe neurodevelopmental disorders affecting children′s mental health.ASD have become a global public health concern because of the rising prevalence over the past 30 years.Worldwide there are more and more studies recently, especially in United States of America.Many progresses have been achieved in the areas of diagnostic criteria, epidemiology, etiology and early intervention for ASD.This review discusses these issues.
