摘  要:目的:分析文献已经报道的与甲状旁腺肿瘤相关的基因,根据这些基因的关系,找出与甲状旁腺肿瘤相关的核心基因与通路。方法检索甲状旁腺肿瘤相关文献,利用生物信息学手段系统分析这些基因的关系和相互作用。结果共找到355个与甲状旁腺肿瘤相关的基因,其中204个基因仅在1篇文献中提及,19个基因有超过10篇文献报道,355个基因富集在758个Gene Ontology和24个KEGG信号通路上,并且大部分都存在相互作用。结论 MYC、TGFB1可能是甲状旁腺肿瘤重要的核心基因,PI3K-Akt信号通路可能是甲状旁腺肿瘤的一个核心信号通路。Objective To analyze the relationship of the genes in the literature which have been reported with parathyroid tumor, and to identify the key genes and their pathways in parathyroid tumors. Methods Literatures of parathyroid tumor were searched. The relationship and interaction among these genes was analyzed by appropriate bioinformatics methods. Results There are 355 genes related with parathyroid tumor, of them 204 genes are mentioned only in one document, 19 genes have been reported by over 10 papers, 355 genes enriched in the 758 Gene Ontology and 24 KEGG Pathway, most of them have mutual interactions. Conclusion MYC and TGFB1 may be core genes in the parathyroid tumor, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway seems to be a core pathogenesis of pathway in the parathyroid tumor.
