摘 要:目的探讨基于立体定向空间利用尸脑资料重建尾状核、豆状核的可行性,为临床立体定向手术靶点定位提供基础资料.方法选取1例成年男性尸脑做全脑轴位剖切,层厚为2 mm,对每一层面进行顺序拍照并保存,而后对尾状核、豆状核进行识别、分割、提取与重建.结果重建后尾状核、豆状核的空间位置及形态在标准立体定向空间中被清晰地显示出来.结论利用尸脑资料重建尾状核、豆状核,可以实现其三维可视化.Objective To discuss the feasibility of reconstruction of the caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus based on cadaver brain data in stereotactic space and provide the basic information for the clinical stereotactic surgery. Method The whole cadaver brain of a male adult was cut on shaft position, with a thickness of 2 ram, every layer was taken pictures in turn and kept, and then the caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus were identified, segmented, extracted and reconstructed. Results The position and shape of caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus after reconstruction were shown clearly in the standard stereotactic space. Conclusion Based on the cadaver brain data, the caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus can be reconstructed, and the three- dimensional visualization could be realized.
