摘　　要：目的了解市售桶装水包装材料和标识的现状,为加强食品安全监管提供技术支持。方法采用随机抽样的方法,采集市售桶装水,发现包装材料和标识上存在的问题并分析其影响。结果产品名称花样繁多,包装标识有6个要素不完善,总符合率73.53%。包装材料为食品级PC桶,34份水桶使用年限超过5年(50.00%)。保质期标注时限从7d^3个月。产品执行国标的仅27份样品(39.71%)。本地和外地产品无明显差异。微生物学检测结果与水桶使用年限、执行标准正相关,与其他指标无关。结论达州市售桶装水包装质量需要改进。生产企业要按生产日期批量淘汰水桶,慎重制定保质期。主管部门要规范产品名称,跟踪企业标准,加强技术监管,促进行业可持续发展。Objective To investigate the current status of packaging materials and labeling of commercial bottled water and provide technical support for enhancing food safety supervision. Methods Using random sampling method, commercial bottled water samples were collected to discover problems in packaging materials and labeling and analyze their related effects. Results Product names are diversified; six factors in package labeling were incomplete; the total conformity rate was 73.53%. Packaging materials are the food- grade PC barrels; 34 （50.00%） barrels havebeen used for more than five years. Labelled guarantee period ranged from 7 days to 3 months. National standard was implemented in only 27 （39.71%） samples. There is no obvious difference between the local products and products from other places. Microbiological test results were positively related to the service life periods and the implementation of the standard, independent of other factors. Conclusion The packaging quality of commercial bottled water needs to be improved in Dazhou. Manufacturers should reject barrels by batch according to the manufacturing date and discretely establish useful lives. Administrative departments should standardize the product names, actively follow corporate standards, strengthen technical supervision and promote sustainable development of the industry
