摘　　要：外科手术是治疗低位直肠癌的有效手段,虽然当前在手术方式的选择上,仍然有部分争议,但外科手术作为规范化多学科综合治疗的基础,已获得广泛共识。本文对低位直肠癌的外科治疗进行综述。Surgery proves to be effective in the treatment of low rectal cancer. Although there are still some controversies about choice of different surgical methods, surgery, as a standardized basis of multidisciplinary treatment, has obtained broad consensus. The surgical treatment of low rectal cancer will be reviewed in this paper.
